In the residential tenancies act the landlord can enter a tenants room without consent as long as they inform?
inform the tenant of the entrance and are showing the room to prospective tenants? what if they just bring their friends and claim they would be prospective tenants? is my interpretation correct? all they need to do is inform? they dont need the consent?
