If my insurance company claims fault for an accident that I do not believe I am at fault in, what' do I do?

Whether your friend is at fault or not depends on what state/province you live in as the fault determination rules are different for each. However at this point if you want your friend to be found not at-fault for the accident you and your friend will have to sue the other driver/owner and have a judge declare them to be liable.
