Question for girls, I'm a guy and I had to shave my pubes. Should I keep it shaved?

I had to get rid of the hair so the dermatologist could remove a mole that didn't look right. I kept shaving for 3 weeks. And it's not too bad. If you were my girlfriend would you rathe I keep it shaved up? Or grow it out at least part of the way?
