Can I use Rs.20 stampaper for rent aggreement in navimumbai.?

I want to make rent agreement for residential purpose so can I use Rs.20 stamppaper because some one told me Rs. 100.stampaper necessary for that. & if I will do ragistration this agreement then which stamp paper necessary. Rent is 7000 & deposit is 40000.So please tell me correct in current.
